I would not stay there again.
The water ran out in the shower in the morning. The breakfast consisted of cold coffee and I picked 9 insects either woodlice or cockroaches out of my juice.
The staff were froendly and the location was good...pity about the hygeine

Hostal Casa is a beautiful place to spend a relaxing vacation. Friendly staff, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere contribute to an unforgettable holiday in the Mexican Caribbean.

The service provided is designed to meet the personal needs of every individual. It includes breakfast, laundry, well-equipped kitchen, free purified drinking water, free wi-fi, free cable television, storage lockers, spacious outdoor dining area, plenty of shade, cold beer, and bicycles to ride to the beach and Tulum´s archaeological ruins, located only 2-2.5 km from the hostel. Downtown Tulum is a mere five-minute by foot. The main supermarket in town is about tree minutes away by foot.

We offer two mixed dormitories, ten private rooms with fans/air conditioning and private/shared bath with hot/cold water, depending on your needs.

Hostel Casa is located on Avenida Tulum, about fifteen minutes away by foot from the bus station ( 8 blocks ). Simply head north on Avenida Tulum from the bus station; Hostel Casa will be on the right-hand side of the street.

This place is wonderfull to stay, the people and the service is great, the people that work here is very very nice and the location is fine because hostal casa is near from the center of tulum and also near from the beach so you can move easily, you definetly have to stay here!!
