Somos unos minutos Rembrandtplein, Museo de Heineken, Rijksmuseum y otros lugares de interés. Nuestras habitaciones ofrecen vistas impresionantes de la Amstel plus TV por cable, DVD player, caja de seguridad, café gratis y té, internet wi-fi gratuito y más.

POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN 1. Las cancelaciones se efectuarán por FAX o correo electrónico, 5 días antes de las fechas reservadas.
2. Las cancelaciones entre 5 a 3 días antes de la llegada, se cobrará 1 noche. Después de tres días, se cobrará una suma equivalente a toda la estancia.
NO SHOW / mismo día cancelación invitados se cargará el importe total de su factura total después de que fallan a mostrar en su fecha de llegada o han cancelado sus reservas en el día de su llegada.
CANCELACIÓN o la modificación por nosotros nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar o modificar (transferencia a otro alojamiento/establecimiento) cualquier reserva debido a las circunstancias imprevistas (Ley de la naturaleza, accidentes, reparación inmediata, etc..). En este caso, sólo estamos obligados a reembolsar el depósito no reembolsable (para las cancelaciones antes de las fechas reservadas) o la cantidad restante (para los huéspedes que están alojados actualmente).
En el caso de ROWDY invitados que haya causado daños o desorden, nos reservamos el derecho a cancelar inmediatamente su reserva y nunca reembolso de cualquier importe pagado a nosotros.
VARIOS cargos nos reservamos el derecho a cobrar la tarjeta de crédito del huésped debido a cualquiera de los siguientes factores: 1. consumo de minibar no REMUNERADO. Se cobrará un cargo mínimo de 25 euros de tarjeta del huésped, independientemente de la cantidad real consumida.
2. LIMPIEZA DE TARIFA. Invitados que dejaron la habitación o apartamento en desorden (sin lavar platos, piso desordenado, etc.) se cobrará una cantidad mínima de 30 euros para cubrir servicios de limpieza.
3. PERDIDA CLAVE. Todas las claves deben ser devuelto a la recepción o dejó dentro del dormitorio al check-out. En caso de pérdida, se cobrará 25 euros de tarjeta de crédito del huésped.
4. DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS. Los daños y perjuicios hizo nuestra propiedad se cargarán a la tarjeta de crédito del huésped.

Our stay at Amstel Riverview was great. We had a very pleasant and bright queen-size bed room with a nice view on dutch-style buildings (very straight staircase! but I think it is very usual in dutch buildings). This B & C is located in a calm neighborhood with very nice streets (with a few bagels stores, bars) and buildings. We strongly recommend to rent bikes to discover the city, nice experience. From the B & C and by bike, it is very easy to reach museums districts, Vondelpark and center. Besides, there are bike parkings close to the B & C, and on the banks of the Amstel river. If you do not want to be in the touristic center, and prefer finding a more authentic place, this place is a good deal.

This is a smart and modern place to stay in a beautiful spot just outside the centre of the city. It is good value for money and the facilities are great for those who don't have the money to eat out every day. Rooms are light and clean, good bathroom and a well eqipped kitchen.
There could have been a more systematic approach to explaining the use of the facilities - I didn't know there was a washing machine in the bathroom upstairs until the day I left, and there was some confusion between other guests about use of food that was not explained. Also, the front door lock was broken and hadn't been fixed during the five days we stayed there.
Overall, a friendly and comfortable place to stay and I would happily recommend it.

The apartment is fantastic, and caters very well to a larger or smaller family. Beds are very comfortable and it's in a fantastic location, a few blocks walk to Centrum which we enjoyed doing every morning, discovering a new brown cafe for good coffee on the way. There's no parking available so be prepared for that if it applies to you. There's also a very long flight of stairs upon entering the house, so I would not recommend this apartment if health issues or problems with walking/mobility apply to you. It's clear that the business is getting on its feet because some of the facilities were missing - toaster and tea towels for example, and we found some mysterious packaged croissants in the cupboard. Kitchen cupboard space is also minimal. Unfortunately it was quite dirty when we arrived, and we found a mouse in our food one morning (pest controller still to come, we were told). The front door code was temperamental, apparently the 'battery needed to be changed' but it worked erratically every night. The caretaker was lovely, very helpful, friendly, and available when we could not get in the front door late in the night. But overall this apartment suited our needs perfectly and we enjoyed a lovely, warm stay.
Friendly owner. Clean and comfortable. Very cool coffee machine! Kitchen was well equipped. Great view of the Amstel river. Would highly recommend.

Fantasic place to stay in a nice friendly part of Amsterdam, out of the way of the red light district etc.
Very clean facilities, great shower and bathroom, basic kitchen for brekkie and snacks and only a short tram ride into the city.
Would definitely go there again.

This hostel felt like an apartment. There is a gorgeous view of the river and we could sit outside if we liked. The hospitality was great and the staff was more than nice. It was close to some of the museums. However, it was hard to get to the center of the city (to the coffee shops, etc) I was disappointed by the location but everything else was great.
