These fantastic apartments are located right in the heart of old town Madrid, known as 'Madrid of the Austrias'. A neighbourhood full of Renaissance and Baroque buildings, palaces and monuments that rose in Madrid during the historic period when Hapsburg reigned in Spain.

Housed in our building just down the street from Plaza Mayor, these large apartments make the perfect, comfortable and stylish homebase from which to enjoy central Madrid. The building is 19th century and completely restored. It is just 3 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol with views from the building down into the historic Plaza Mayor, just 300 metres away. Inside which you can appreciate the House of the Bakers and the House of the Butcher as well as the Statue of Felipe III in its centre.

This is one of the the most exciting areas of Madrid, alive with markets, cafes, restaurants, nightlife and traditional culture. You have walking access to the Teatro Real, Palacio Real, Teatro Español and even the famous Prado Museum is short walk through Cortes from the apartment.

Enjoy queensize beds, lots of natural light, designer decoration, multiple bathrooms and all the modern facilities. This includes a fully-equipped kitchen so you can stay in and enjoy the apartment like a Madrid local.

Included in the apartment: individual heating, air conditioning, internet connection Wi-Fi, micro-wave, oven, electric cooker, washing machine, dish washer, toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, hoover, hair dryer, TV, fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board, linens and towels, blanket, other household items.

Breakfast is not included but can be provided at Cafe del Patio, an excellent café 1 minute walk from the apartment on Conde de Ramonones 5 for an extra rate of 4-7 € for Spanish or continental breakfasts from 8:30am.

Cleaning of the apartment upon departure is not included, and costs 50 € to be paid in cash upon arrival. There is a fee for late check-ins after 20.00 of 30 € and 50 € if you arrive after 24.00. There is a secure deposit of 200 € that will be refunded on your check out.

Cancelation up to 72 hours before the arrival date are free of charge. Cancelations after 72 hours before the arrival date will be charged the first night's rental
