Hours of check in and check out:

Tickets: from 15:00 hours onwards, the entries after the 24:00 midnight will be charged a supplement of 40 euros.

Out: Before 11:00 pm apartments should be free - except that there is no reservation for that day then by agreement with the owner may prolong stay several more hours.

Cancellation Policy:

Please notify in case of cancellation as soon as possible so that the owner can put the days off again available to new customers. In case of no show first night will be charged.

Deposit Guarantee:

The owner shall request a deposit of bail or bond to customers worth 100 euros which is refunded upon leaving the apartment if everything is correct. The petition or not this warranty or bond is subject to the discretion of the owner.
