¿Qué nos hace tan grande?
Bien situado en el centro de la ciudad vieja de Dubrovnik (100 m Histórico calle principal), sino también enught lejos de la zona concurrida donde se puede sentar y disfrutar del sol del Mediterráneo, la ciudad antigua y vista al mar en el árbol de las pintorescas playas (Sulic , Pile Bay, Dance), mientras se relaja en la zona chill-out o en el sol viendo la espectacular puesta de sol de la roca más bellas en este mundo Penatur.
Con nuestros otros clientes, artistas, cineastas, tal vez algunos de los famosos o gente auténtica que les encanta disfrutar de la vida (pomalo, pomalo = fácil, fácil).

Question: When is Check-in time and the Check-out?
-The Check-Out process ends at 10:00 (ten); after the rooms have been cleaned and prepared for new guests you can move into the room. Generally, the earliest time you can check in is 13:30-14.00; however, if you arrive before this, Our office is working from 9:00am (office working hours on the weekends and holidays is different), If the office is open then you are welcome to leave your luggage in the office after 10.30 and come back when your room is ready.
Please note that before this time there is no way to access into the Hostel unless you are booked for the night before, so if you coming very early in the morning and you wish to check in at the time you arrive then you need to book for the night before so we can arrange your arrival with our night manager.

Answer: Our reception office working hours is: Monday to Sunday : from 8:00am to 00:00pm .
Question: Is there a curfew?
Answer: We have no curfew (note our reception office working hours) and you may exit and enter the building at any time. You will have a door key for your room you can enter at anytime. Also You can contact staff all times 24 hours at phone 00385 91 739 75 45.

Question: Can I change or cancel my reservation, What is your cancellation Policy?
Answer: We have 2 days “48 hours” advanced notice (before the mid-night of the arrival date) we can typically cancel or change a reservation; however, if you do not notify us of a cancellation we are authorized to charge your credit card for your first night’s accommodation price.
Question: What documents does one need to stay at Hostel ?
Answer: You must have a passport to check-in. We require passports in order to ensure all guests are accounted for in any possible situation. Passport numbers offer the only comprehensive method to confirm and secure the identities of all of our guests. This is standard world-wide Hostel policy and as such we cannot allow any exceptions.
Question: My arrival time is late at night or in the early morning, how do i make the booking?
Answer: Please note that if you arriving after midnight (new date) you need to book for the night before, so you can check in at anytime you arrive “someone will be at the office to check you in”.
Question: Does the Hostel have internet access?
Answer: Yes, there is free Wifi access in the all hostel lobby. This is a courtesy service we provide and not included in price or anything, Password is provided. You must provide your own computer.
Question: Do you give Refunds?
Answer: We don’t give refunds on any paid accommodation under any circumstances, Think carefully before paying for your nights as once you have paid, the room or the bed is kept and booked only for you, and we will NOT refund any unused portion, and we don’t swap or move your bill it to somebody else!
Question: What is your Visitors Policies are?
Answer: No Visitors are allowed inside the Hostel at anytime under any circumstances, (don’t invite, bring, sneak people or friends in), for security reasons this rule should be taken seriously, The hostel is a private place, and each and every customer have to be registered and checked in, you can always meet and invite your friends in any place outside in the city.
Question: Where can I keep my belongings?
Answer: Typically luggage carrying non-valuable items such as clothes and toiletries are usually left in the dormitory either under the bed or tucked out of the way. There are lockers in all of the dormitory rooms. You will need to bring your own pad lock to use these lockers (medium-size). Valuables may be stored in these areas. The Hostels are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Question: Do you store luggage after checkout?
Answer: We don’t keep or store any luggage or bags after checkout, this is because we don’t have place to store bags, If you have a late flight we suggest you to find a different solution, and you are always welcome to stay extra night.
Question: What is your Quiet Policy?
Answer: QuietPolicy after 23:30,you can always have your late night talks elswhere(bar, disco, and etc.),Our neigbours area out of hostel is sensitive and people are sleeping in here.
Question: What is your Alcohol Drinking Policy?
Answer: No ALCOHOL policy, We do not allow drinking of hard alcohol at the hostel.
Question: I am checking out Early before the office working hours, How to return the Room Key?
Answer: If you are leaving before 8.00 AM just drop the key inside the post box at the office. We ask all keys to be left at the front desk when leaving the hostel or inside the room, Lost keys will incur a 250 KN charge.
