Dar Zerhoune is located in the heart of MOULAY IDRISS ZERHOUNE, near Volubilis. A few minutes walk from the sacred mausoleum, traditional local markets and main square where you can watch locals go about their shopping or pilgrimage as you enjoy a coffee or traditional mint tea.
At Dar Zerhoune you will be welcomed with mint tea served on the terrace, where you can relax with the view of Moulay Idriss, the mountains and Volubilis (roman ruins) - just 5 km away and later relax as the sunsets.
Dar Zerhoune has WIFI internet, a computer, board games, lounge room and two terraces to relax on, sleep on! and watch the sunrises and sunsets from. We can arrange tours, cooking classes, trips to the hammam and henna.
Breakfast is included and all rooms have an ensuite bathroom, with the exception of a dorm/family room that can sleep up to 3 people. This has a separate and dedicated bathroom.

El responsable del hotel es muy amable,chapurrea español y habla perfectamente inglés.
No tienen restaurante, sólo sirven el desayuno, pero si se lo pides pueden traerte la comida o la cena al hotel a muy buen precio.
Moulay Idriss es un pueblo muy pequeñito y muy tranquilo, a 30 km de Meknés.
Es ideal si quereis visitar Volubilis.
Si llevais coche podeis aparcar en la plaza principal sin problemas, previo pago de 20 DH.
Me parece una muy buena relación calidad-precio.

The service and assistance we received by the 2 brothers running it was excellent. They arranged meals to be delivered from a restaurant when we arrived after a long tiring bus trip. They also guided us to a local cafe for another excellent meal. Nothing was too much trouble. It was easy to access both Meknes and Volubilis and would recommend people consider this option instead of staying in Meknes.

Lovely guest house run by a fantastic young man with excellent english. Beautiful food and the cooking class was awesome. Arranged trip to the roman templar near by not really worth the money as you can sooner barter for a guide when you get there or not have one at all.
Definitely would recomend anyone to stay there.

A welcome reprieve after experiencing the harrowing challenges of Fes. This riad is stunning and offers a peaceful escape in the countryside in an idyllic setting. Magnificent views of the mountains and surrounds from the rooftop terrace. The family who service the place are some of the nicest people on the planet. Located some km outside Meknes, it gives you a chance to regroup and rebalance oneself mentally and physically for another adventure in Morocco.
Breakfast was the best we had in the whole of Morocco. Hot water!! 24hr internet. They even have some books to read in case you forget yours. Good food available in the medina. Had the best tagine there.
If you are looking for peace and quiet in a small village, then this is the place to go. I am so glad we chose Dar Zerhoune, I could not have made a better choice.
