In the past the garden was a shipyard where gondolas and other typical Venetian boats were constructed.
In this wonderful garden, when weather permits, breakfast will be served under the shade of a glicine.
The house was completely restored in 2008 and it is ready to provide a very confortable vacation.

Smoking is prohibited in rooms. However allowed in the garden area.
Check in from 03:00 pm until 10:00 pm. Arrivals after 10:00 pm will have an additional charge of € 20,00

We stayed here for three nights in august. The B&B is a little difficult to find for the first time, but with the directions from Andrea ( the owner) and when you pay attention to the housenumbers, you must be able to get there. The room was very nice, just redone and very clean. We had our own bathroom, which was immaculate. No air conditioning or fan (yet), but will be soon as we understood. Breakfast is good, not much variation, but enough choice (yoghurt, fruit, bread and jam, different kinds of tea/coffee) and is served in the nice garden. Location is perfect, right around the corner of the Strada Nuova(shopping street), and a 5 minute walk from the Rialto bridge and Fondament Nuove ( vaporetto to Murano and Lido). It's possible to leave your luggage at the B&B on your exit day( you must leave the room at 11:00). The owners are very friendly and we could even use their fridge to cool our drinks, for when we wanted to sit in the garden in the evening, because there is no mini-bar/fridge in the room. We would certainly return if we planned another trip to Venice.
