Spend the day enjoying Dahab sun or activities. In the evening, come and join us for a tea and a shisha around a fire in our Bedouin camp area The front entrance faces the spectacular mountain chain, whereas the back gate leads you to numerous bazaars, restaurants, coffee shops etc.
Dahab plaza hotel building is made up of two floors, 30 rooms in total. There are single, double and triple rooms to choose from. All dahab plaza property property rooms are stylishly decorated and has an AC, a fridge, a private bathroom, Internet connection and satellite TV.

About Dahab
Dahab is the Arabic word for gold, if you take a look at the color of the sand and the beaches around you, you will immediately know where the town got its name.
The region of Dahab stretches across a wide plateau of rock and sand at the end of Wadi Nasab and it emerged from a small oasis where the Bedouins once settled. Within just a few miles of Dahab are some great adventure spots, such as Mont Sinai and Saint Catherine monastery. Excellent diving and snorkeling spots lie both to the north and south, including the Blue Hole, one of Sinai's best dive sites. Just south are wadi Gunay and Qnai el-Atschan. Dahab is also well-known as a world famous Windsurfing and Kite-surfing spot.

Great place with great hospitality. Breakfast included at a place just down the road at the beach front. Owner is always happy to see you and greets you with a smile. He even took me to the bank on my first day in his car. No charge and without even thinking about it...
Filled my fridge on the second day with free bottled water and people are always on hand to help out. No sales pitches either so it is a great place to get away from the hassle of the markets and streets.
I would not stay anywhere else in Dahab.
Stayed at Dahab Plaza for two weeks this spring. I can't find anything to complain about. When we first got there the owner took us on a small tour along the beach to show us the two restaurants where our breakfast were included.
Both the owner and the staff are really nice and helpful, no matter what you need. It really felt like staying with friends, and at the end of our stay we actually did.
The hotel is clean and cosy, and the Bedouin couch in the yard is a great place for reading a book or just relaxing.
This is a place I will definitely come back to, and probably bring some friends along the next time. I had the time of my life and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who's asking.
I stayed at the Plaza in March 09 for one week and was very impressed with the service I received.
The hotel is situated behind the main Ghazala market, so is very central and convenient.
The rooms are of a good size, clean, with air con, cable TV, fridge and decent sized bathroom.
Breakfast is served at a choice of 2 seafront restaurants, and was excellent at both.
The staff were all very helpful, and the owner really goes out of his way to make you feel at home.
Fantastic value for money, and a somewhere I would certainly stay again.
Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the owner who really went out of his way to help. The room was secure, clean and had a fridge, network cable, tv and decent bathroom. Breakfast was very good (full egyptian or continental). The location is good too, just behind the main drag. Kitesurfing/windsurfing lagoon is 5EP taxi away and easy to get to. The airport pickup was a little steep, but probably still preferable to dealing with the Sharm taxi drivers. I am going back here for another week and would recommend it to anyone staying in Dahab.
