Located in the marvelous "Crete Senesi" landscape this holiday houses is composed of 11 apartments, each offering panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.and are comfortable. Near our Holiday Houses there is also the swimming pool with an ample solarium.

Important advice - to have the car is important because here there aren’t public transports and there aren’t shops/markets -there are only at 8/10 km far from our holiday houses. We are situated in the centre of the charming landscape of the Crete Senesi.

Six of our flats and rooms are at ground floor with an independent hall and five flats, with panoramic view at first floor. An ample parking near the entrance permits to leave cars in security. A barbecue point is for everyone who stays in the residence, a furnished game area is always available to fun your child. Here the relaxing zone is everywhere and there are a lot of places were waking, making photos, or read, observe or why not paint the landscape in an enchanting atmosphere.

The solarium and pool are open to 1st May until 30 September each year and are free of charge to guests.

In every apartment there are: kitchen with sat TV, air conditioning (consumption is not included if you want are euros 5.00 per person per day), bath with shower and bedroom.

The price includes:

Water, electricity, weekly supply (minimum a stay of 2 weeks) for towels and bed linen, final cleaning and use of the swimming pool.

Extra not included on request:

- Air-conditioning: only on request if you want are euro 5.00 per person per day.

- Heating: consumption is euro 3.50 each meters cube (1st October - 31 April).

- Breakfast: euro 7.00 per person

- 2 ° bathroom laundry changes - EUR 10 per person;

- 2 ° bedroom laundry changes - EUR 15 (double room).

- 2 ° bedroom laundry changes - EUR 10 (single room).

- Animals are admitted the price is: euro 25.00 each dog and 30.00 each cat.

The Santa Caterina residence is only 12 km far from Siena; it is situated on the common of Asciano and in the centre of "Crete Sensesi" famous on the world. It is easy to reach for who arrives from Florence, Grosseto, Arezzo, Perugia or Rome; you are near the most important historic, cultural cities of the Toscana region.

From Florence: following the SI-FI, and take direction for Arezzo, turn on the right and cover since Taverne d'Arbia-Asciano. Follow this direction for 8 Km covering the Sp 438, look for Santa Caterina Place; 50 m on the right before Mucigliani Place, you are arrived.

From SR2 (Ex SS2-Cassia), follow direction for Siena, take the direction for Siena-Bettolle direction for Arezzo and turn on the right for Taverne d'Arbia-Asciano. Cover the Sp 438 since Asciano, 8 Km begore there is Santa Caterina Place; we are 50m on the right before the Mucigliani Place.

From Perugia, or Rome or other places using the motorway A1, follow the junction for Siena-Bettolle in direction Siena turn on the right for Taverne d'Arbia-Asciano covering for 8 Km the Sp 438 since the Santa Caterina Place, we are 50 m on the right before Mucigliani Place.

From Grosseto cover all the SS 223 Si-Gr, following for Arezzo and turn on the right in direction Taverne d'Arbia - Asciano covering for 8 Km the Sp 438 when you are on Santa Caterina Place, we are 50 m on the right before Mucigliani Place.
