All rooms have private ensuite bath (shower & hairdryer)

Rates are x person x day and on room basis only (no breakfast)

Payment for the annexed is accepted by cash only upon arrival.

Checkout time: by 10am

All rooms are non-smoking and no pets allowed.

The Sabinis are always at your complete disposal for any information needed about excursions to the nearest promontory of Portofino, Genova and the famous "Cinque Terre".

Parking: few limited spots available along the road (not guarded - not recordable)

We suggest to checking in early afternoon

Our small property has no night concierge service:

On arrival day ending check in time is by 5pm.

PLEASE NOTE:

In order to preserve the quiet and serene atmosphere of the property hotel doesn't accept parties larger than 8 persons.

Minors than 20yrs old are not accepted if not staying with their parents.

Owners reserve the right of canceling any reservation not respecting rental conditions.

The Hotel Nuova Riviera, located in a private street, is at a walking distance to the sea. You can easily reach us both from town centre (Piazza Mazzini - Municipal Hall- Hospital) and the railstation (Via Roma at 600 m.). The path to the Monte Parco di Portofino is very close (Via Costasecca). In 10 minutes by bus you can reach the famous Portofino and Rapallo while often train connections (every 45 mts.) will lead you to the well known Five Lands or the ancient historical centre of Genoa and its Acquarium.
