The Apartments Residence Poggio al Lago is located in a quiet place called Colombare, near Sirmione and just few meters from Garda Lake. The ideal place for a peaceful holiday near the Garda Lake.

The Residence offers 15 apartments with balcony.

There is a common terrace on the first floor and a swimming pool suitable for the children.

A trees shadowed car park for every guest is available in the garden.

IMPORTANT - In high season, from April until mid September, this property has Saturdays as mandatory arrival and departure day, therefore there is a mandatory minimum stay of 7 nights: this means that in the above period, you can only book stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Poggio al Lago is located in a quiet position in a closed street just 50 mt. from the lake and just 2,5 Km from the historical centre of Sirmione.

For every apartment there is a private parking. A swimming pool is avaible for our guests.

All the flats are equipped with all comforts: satellite television, refrigerator, freezer, gas-stove, oven, fan and a balcony or a small terrace. In every apartments there are ceiling fans.

Our price include: weekly new sheets, twice a week new towels, one car park, swimming pool, electricity, water, gas. Security deposit is 100 € and will give back before departure..Children under 3 years do not pay. We admit only small pets that will pay 50 € a journey. Final cleaning costs 40 €, kitchen not included (must be left clean).

Poggio al Lago is easy to reach. Catullo Airport in Villafranca, only 25 Km from the residence, has direct flights to London, Paris, Munich, Rome, and other european cities.

Those driving to Sirmione by motorway sould take the Sirmione exit (A1, between Brescia and Verona) and then follow the signs to Sirmione. Alternative exits should be Desenzano or Peschiera d/G.

The nearest railway station is located in Sirmione, about 5.3 Km away from the residence. There is a bus service from the station to Sirmione. Your bust stop is "Colombare", in front of the "Farmacia" (pharmacy). The residence is few hundred meters from this bus stop.
