the room was spacious, with a lot of useful furniture, like wardrobe, shelves, two tables and many chairs. the kitchen was fully equipped. Although the 3-bedroom apartment we stayed at, was semi-basement, it had two windows looking at the street so there was enough light and was quite pleasant. there was always hot water in the bathroom! the bed linen weren't adequate, but they were very clean!the apartment was autonomous, and there was also a nice backyard. Overall, very good for the 3-bedroom apartment!!

the neighbourhood was really nice and safe , the u-bahn station was really close, there were many places to eat and drink nearby, and almost next to the apartment there was a beer house with awesome food and quite cheap!!

This apartment is in a great location, in a very nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and quiet, and was much less expensive than a hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

The location is completely great. Not more than 5 min walk to the nearest S-bahn station and there is a supermarket just next to the station and you can buy all you need. The apartment is located in a quite neighbourwood.
I stayed in the twin bedroom and there is a mini kitchen in it. It is really convenient.
The only drawback is that the twin bedroom is very small. I think not larger than 13 sq meters, with two beds, a mini kitchen and a showerroom inside. The only place you can sit down is your bed. The only place you could put your clothes and other stuffs is also your bed. Therefore, all your stuffs have to be stayed in the baggage since there is no place for them. If you don't mind that, it is a good place to stay in. Despite of this minor inconvenient, my husband and I had a great time staying in there.

An excellent find! Location was good and easy to find. Apartment had everything we needed and was warm with a lovely hot shower. The owner was very friendly and helpful. A very good value place to stay. Would recommend it and would definitely stay there, if ever in Berlin again.

My friend and I had a brilliant time here. The apartment is clean and simple, exactly what it said it would be and had a little cooker as well as microwave, though this didn’t get any use while we were there. There are four/five apartments on the corridor of the building, and the walls are pretty thin, so it's not a place for staying up chatting til late, or you won’t be very popular! However, there are so many nice places around, you probably won't want to miss out on them anyway.

The apartment's on the lower ground floor of the building, with a few steps leading down to it, but there is access for prams by way of a fold-down ramp – but this isn’t suitable for wheelchair access I don't think – much too steep)

The location is great - easy to find, close to 3 S Bahn stations, and close to lots of great places to eat and drink and plenty of nice looking shops. There’s a nice little café next door doing good coffee and snacks and a pub on the corner that does great beer and tapas, so that gets you off to a good start!

The neighbourhood is very friendly and feels really safe too, no problem getting around at night – and the S-Bahn runs til 12 or 1am on Sunday and weekdays and all night on Fridays and Saturdays. One night we got a taxi from Ostbahnhof and it was only 12 euros back home – not bad we thought.

Karin met us at the apartment, showed us around and then left us to it – we could have contacted her with any problems, but we didn’t have to. Very friendly; no hidden costs. Great value.
