Location great as far as nearby central train station and metro are concerned. But street is a bit noisy.

Breakfast costs Euro 15. Luckily there is a nice coffe shop over the road, wher you can have a great breakfast for less yhan Euro 5.

WiFi is available in the lobby, costs Euro 4 per hour and doesn't always work.

Check-out was interesting because the guy at the reception said they were not informed about my booking change, (I had tried to do that directly,then we had to ask Luca to do it.)

Esta es una crítica confiable. ¿Por qué?

room the tinyest bit shabby air con not he best.... but bed comfortable
friendly staff very helpful GREAT coffee shop across the road
easy access to amazing central station easy fun tram ride down to piazza duomo
apparently not the best area but seemed fine to me, like anywhere- keep your wits
about you.
