All staffs were very friendly and tried to help customer in all ways.
They always asked what I needed before I asked them and gave me a best service until I left there.
Chungking Mansions are located in heart of the city, close to bus stops, MTR stations, and Victoria Harbour.

But this mansions is quite old and dark, the atmosphere is not really proper to girl who travel alone. For me it was ok but if you are not really comfortable with those condition i dont think it's good accomodation to stay. But it's one of the cheapest accomodation in Hongkong so if you are good at stay in backpacker and dont be scared those I think there is ok to stay.

cheap, cheerful, clean, friendly helpful staff,fridge, wi fi, ac, the building it is in is a warren with many unsavoury characters hanging about but i would stay there again airport bus just outside, mtr station minutes away.if you are on a budget i readily recommend this place

It was a great place to stay! Great location! And the rooms were very clean! They had tv,wifi,AC and even a fridge was inside.I would definitely go back!

very nice location right in the heart of hong kong. staff is very friendly and helpfull. excellent service nice cleane rooms. good value of money. i get a room with free wifi internet. very near to shoping place & metro station. i highly recommended this place.

The dregs of society stay at this hotel. Foul smelling Africans and Indian/Pakistanis are at this location. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel and all others at this location. You cannot reach the main entrance outside without being rudely confronted by opportunists trying to change your lodging decision. Tsim Sha Tsui needs cleaned up Beijing. The local police are powerless to do something about it.
