The MAIN GUESTHOUSE* is spacious, basic, has private bath, two queen size beds and one single bed and can sleep up to five people. ***$90US for 3 guests, $120US for 4 guests, $150US for 5 guests. Morning Coffee & Bun included. Please contact us immediately after booking to state how many guests will be staying.***GUEST ROOM 2 has two double beds, private bath and covered veranda. Can sleep up to four people. $30US per person per night. Morning Coffee & Bun included.GUEST ROOM 3 has one single bed, couch and private bath. Can sleep up to two people. $30US per person per night. Morning Coffee & Bun included.The verandas at Prince Valley look out upon the beautiful mountains and the small modest coffee farm that lies below. Each room has access to a veranda.We are a backpackers delight...offering you a place to completely relax, sip some of the best coffee on the planet and enjoy the beauty of nature!We are a short drive down the road from Hollywell National Recreation Park and some of the best hiking in the Blue Mountains! Linens and towels are provided (*microwave, refrigerator, TV, coffee maker and toaster are only available in main guesthouse). Morning coffee, bun and seasonal fruit is included. There are no kitchen facilities but food is available locally. We can provide simple evening meals upon request for a small fee.
