The location can't be beat. Right on aircoach route, nice quiet neighborhood, bright and spacious room. Kind staff. Fifteen minute walk to St. Stephen's Green, all sites within an easy 30 minute walk, or less. Safe area. Very private, generous breakfast and great price. Great for solo travelers.

Abbeyleigh House is an old Georgian house located in the most fashionable area of Dublin. It is only a stroll away from St Stephens Green, Grafton Street, theatres, museums and art galleries. We are ideally situated for visitors who are staying in Dublin for business or pleasure.

The rooms in the Abbeyleigh Guest House are all spacious and fully furnished with remote TV and en suite facilities. We have a large lounge area where our guests can relax, read or watch television.

Upper Leeson Street runs adjacent to Fitzwilliam Place, Merrion Square, Museums and Galleries. Within walking distance of R.D.S., Landsdowne Rugby Grounds, RTE, Ranelagh and on bus routes to UCD.
