We inform our clients that from June 2008 the check in in our Hotel will be possible from 8.00am to 8.00pm.

For check in after 8.00pm, please reach Hotel Doge located in Santa Croce n° 1222.

All our rooms are fully furnished with all the comforts including a TV, direct telephone, minibar, safe, air conditioning and naturally private bath with hair dryer.

Every room has its own typical characteristics and are named after the greatest venetian painters.

When you arrive at Piazzale Roma: Ai Due Leoni is easily and quickly reachable by foot, too or get line 42, 52 and get off at Ponte dei Tre Archi.

ALILAGUNA: Airport - Venice Alilaguna is the direct passenger waterbus service between Venice and its airport. Ticket 8,78 Euro, you can buy it directly on board without any supplement.

From the Railway station turn left in " Strada Nuova " and walk as far as the bridge of "Guglie". As you reach the bridge turn left and continue as far as the bridge of "Crea". After the bridge on the left, in "campiello S. Maria della Pazienza" to n° the 565, you will find the Hotel.

-Arriving by car or bus: Terminal auto Piazzale

From Piazzale Roma(bus terminal), with "vaporetto" public lines 42 or 52 you reach the stop of "Tre Archi"; get off here and crosd the bridge that is on your right and reach the bridge of "Crea". Turns on the left as you reach tis bridge, and proceed to n° the 565 in "Campiello S. Maria della Pazienza"; you will find our Hotel there.
