At Residenza Corte Canal, the rooms are located on the second and third floor of a residential house and have been carefully restructured safeguarding the Venitian traditions of colour, woven drapery and furniture. At Residenza Ca'Dario, the rooms are located on the ground and first floors of a residential house.

The rooms have air-conditioning, Wi-Fi connection (on request) and washbasin, shared bathroom facilities and breakfast self-service daily from 7.30 to 10.00 am.

We inform our customers that the property does not take any kind of responsibility in case of failures related to the use of air conditioning, internet, equipments, TV, ecc. So, we ask the customer to avoid any claims that will not be taken into account.

Please note that after you have made a booking on www.hostelbookers.com our guesthouse will do a pre-authorization on your bank card. This is not a charge, but checking the validity of your card to guarantee your booking. The pre-authorization will be removed from your card within a few days according to your bank regulations.

IMPORTANT: THE CITY TAX is excluded.

By train:

From the Santa Lucia Station, cross over the Ponte degli Scalzi and turn right towards the Fondamenta di San Simeon Piccolo, turn left before the church into Calle Nova San Simeon and walk along the street. Turn left onto Calle Sechera, a little further turn left into Corte Canal where you will find our reception (Corte Canal 646) in front of the Restaurant “Al Vecio Pozzo”.

By car:

From the super highways A4 and A27, follow the indications for Venice. You can leave the car in Venice in one of the garages of Piazzale Roma.

By plane:

From the Venice Marco Polo Airport, using the ATVO service or by bus no. 5, you can reach Piazzale Roma in 25 minutes.

From the Canova Treviso Airport you can reach Piazzale Roma in about 1 hour using the ATVO service.

From Piazzale Roma:

Cross the small iron bridge behind the Hotel Santa Chiara. Continue left along the canal, cross the bridge “Ponte della Croce” and turn right. After the book-shop “Mare di Carta” turn left into the Campo della Lana. Go straight until the intersection with Calle Sechera, turn right and soon after left into Corte Canal where you will find our Reception (Corte Canal 646) in front of the Restaurant “Al Vecio Pozzo”.
