even at 4 am you find people to talk and to have fun! great hostel.. but if you need sleep, you should take another hostel

WakeUp esta justo en frente de la Estacion Central y tambien estamos a la primera parada del transbordador desde el aeropuerto. Estamos a pocos minuots a pié desde algunas de las atractivas mayores de Sydney - a pocos minutos desde Chinatown, a 15 minutos desde el Darling Harbour y desde el Sydney Aquarium, a 20 minutos desde la Sydney Sky Tower, a 30 minutos desde la Opera House, el Harbour Bridge y el Circular Quay.
WakeUp Sydney Central ofrece mas que simplemente alojamiento - ofrecemos una experiencia inolvidable. Si eres un viajero con un presupuesto limitado o si estas buscando un poco mas de lujo, WakeUp ofrece dormitorios mixtos, femininos asi como habitaciones privadas con y sin bano. WakeUp tambien tiene una agencia de viajes y un conserje que ofrece informaciones y consejos para encontrar trabajo ademas de reservar tours. Tambien tenemos una recepcion abierta 24 horas, con internet, un Café y un Restaurante . Tambien tenemos nuestro Bar Side Bar, famoso para las fiestas increibles!

This is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in so can't say much besides positive things about it! It's right next to Central Station which can be a great location if you are moving around the city a lot (buses around the corner to Coogee/Bondi Junction, not far to Glebe or Chinatown or even the CBD and the Harbour). If you are after the beach, then pick a hostel in Manly/Bondi or Coogee though.
Back to the hostel. It is slightly pricey, but very modern and secure and compared with other properties around there (YHA Central is around the corner) and the quality of the place not over-priced. Would recommend it to friends and family. If you plan on staying in Sydney for a long time it's a great place to start out but the price will become a burden quickly after you've gotten more familiar with the city and other options.
Good big hostel. Clean and friendly. other guest were social and good staff. Young hostel dont expect dead quiet. Great location near Chinatown and Paddys Markets (Great for fruit and veg) Walking distance from everything only negative kitchen is not 24hrs which when you work nights is a pain.

BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS
-Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you have received notification..
-By making a reservation with your credit card you authorise us to charge 1 nights accomodation cost (deposit) to your credit card without further reference to you in the event of a cancellation or non arrival.
-This charge is non refunable
-Pay how you choose upon arrival(Visa, Mastercard, Cash).
-The number of nights pre-booked must be paid for on arrival.
-After check in your tarrif is non-refundable if your stay is cut short
-The management reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid in full at time of check in.
-Please re-confirm your reservations at least 1 week prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
-Amendments to your reservations must be notified and agreed with by us.
-In the event of amendment,cancellation or non arrival of your booking the deposit paid being your first nights accomodation will in no circumstances be refunded.
-Your non-arrival will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation and forfeit of deposit.

BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR
-Minium 7 stay night applies for both the christmas and new year periods
-Dates that must be prepaid over christmas are 23rd,24th,25th &26th December.
-Dates that must be prepaid over New Year include 29th,30th,31st Dec & 1st Jan
-All bookings that cover any or all of these dates must be prepaid in full in advance at time of booking.
-In the event of a cancellation or non arrival or if your stay is cut short there will be absolutely no refunds.
