THE STUDIO AND MAIN GIARDINO FLATS are located in a strategic part of the town, in a very central part of Venice, steps away from the famous Rialto Bridge, directly north of St. Marco Square, but away from the confusion, in a very quite part of Castello quarter.

The apartments are part of a XVIII century raised ground floor property. This allows very easy access (there are only two steps) while ensuring that the accommodation is dry and confortable all year round.

Both apartments were fully renovated

The property features a shared private garden, a rare commodity in Venice, where you will find tables and chairs to allow you to join au-plain-air relax, remaining at home!

STUDIO APT

The Santa Giustina Studio Apartment at Ramo delle Moschette is ideal for a couple but could accommodate up to 3 people.

It is particularly suitable for singles or couples requiring reasonably-priced accommodation for longer lets.

The front door of the studio leads into the main lounge/bedroom. This is equipped with a one-piece pull-down double bed which, if folded away against the wall, reveals a 2-seater sofa for use during the day (although most of our customers are happy to leave the bed permanently down). In addition, there is a combined wardrobe and TV unit with a television and DVD. This room also contains an additional single pull-out bed.

The main room leads through a small hallway to the kitchen. The hallway also contains a door to the bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with a vented 4-ring stainless steel cooker including an oven and grill, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and iron (a vacuum cleaner is stored in the main room). There is also a dining table

There is one door leading from the kitchen onto a private small part of the garden that is ideal for dining al fresco.

MAIN APARTMENT

It has been completely restored in 2005, with suspended wooden floors to mantain a dry, confortable enviroment throughout the year. It also feature built-in air conditioning and de-humidifying.

It perfectly suits two couples or a family, but it could be suitable for a group of friends up to 7 people.

The main door to the apartment opens into an area containing two single beds.

The are also doors to the luonge/dining room, two bedrooms and the bathroom

The lounge/dining room looks out onto the shared garden and includes a full modern kitchen with vented 4-ring cooker, including an oven and grill, a fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and iron (a vacuum cleaner is stored in the twin bedroom). There is also a TV with DVD player

Of the two bedrooms one is a double and the other can be configured either as a double or twin room. Both offer spacious, modern wardrobes. We have taken care to ensure that the beds are of a high quality and very comfortable.

The modern bathroom includes a shower cubicle, wash basin, bidet, WC and hair-drier as well as a washing machine. The floor is covered with a contemporary marble mosaic.
