Esta es una crítica confiable. ¿Por qué?

Para comenzar no entiendo porque la pagina web te hace poner una hora de llegada si luego no puedes entrar hasta la una y media.
Las instalaciones son pequeñas (es un piso). La habitacion que nos toco era amplia.
El desayuno fue bastante modesto, pero se agradecia algo caliente ya que en noviembre en Milan hace mucho frio.
Las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y nos guardaron el equipaje.
El lugar no esta mal pero hay hostales mucho mejores en Milan por el mismo precio.

el sitio esta muy bien localizado, fue facilisimo de encontrar, pudes caminar hasta el centro sin problemas o bien tienes buses y tranvias constantementa.nos dieren de desyunar incluso fuera del horarios,tienes acceso a internet gratis siempre, el trato de la gete que trabaja alli fue muy bueno y el dueño es una persona muy gentil, nos guardaron el equipaje el ultimo dia e incluso nos ofrecieron quedarnos hasta que saliese el avion, todo lo que puedo decir es bueno, la relacion calidad precio esta muy bien.
lo recomiendo al 100%.

For what you pay the hotel is very good. Rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly. Good location, 20-30 minuites walk into the centre or if thats too much a tram stops right outside.

Clubs and bars are quite a trek away, we had to get the tram there and walk quite a distance back. The only other negative is the brekfast, but for what you pay this is to be expected.

Overall I highly recommend the hotel and if visiting Milan again would happily stay at Hotel America.

As a one star breakfast was included. Minimal communal area available so no whwere to simply relax other than in your room.

This hotel is ideally situated with excellent transport links and close to the centre. The hotel is very basic but if you need somewhere to use as a base and somewhere to sleep during your stay in Milan it is excellent value for money and kept clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it is on a lovely little strip of shops. If you want a drink or snacks during your stay try the koala cafe at the end of the row, the service and price is fab, or after hours the kebab shop serves food and has a bar.
Remember that you get what you pay for and if you keep that in mind you will not be dissapointed.
