The Glenrose, Edinburgo, Escocia

The Glenrose, we are a traditional guesthouse offering bed and breakfast situated in an 18th century Georgian property located near the heart of Edinburgh City Centre offering budget accommodation.

14 of the 15 bedrooms are en-suite, and 1 bedroom has private bathroom. All rooms equipped with hairdryer, and TV. Ironing facilities on request.

Parking facilities are a premium in the busy capital and our guests have use of the free private car park (first come first serve basis)

Free WiFi is available in Public areas only

With prior arrangement we will also arrange transfer from and to the Airport (charges apply)

Glenrose Guest house has recently had many rooms and bathrooms refurbished.

Continental or a hearty vegetarian cooked breakfast (charges apply) available for all our guests every morning. Evening meals can be provided on request.

We can arrange day tours to Lochness, Inverness, Loch Lomond and Whisky tours

Cancellation policy is 7 days in advance

We accept payment by cash & debit/credit card. All card payments incur a 4.9% fee.

Breakfast is not included

All guests to advise Glenrose of approximate time of arrival. Unannounced arrivals will incur a £35 per room charge (even if within check-in times stated) . Early or late check-ins must have been agreed by Glenrose in advance

Glenrose is non-smoking throughout.

Reception is open limited hours between 4 pm to 9pm

Children welcome, and we accept group bookings for upto 30 guests

August has 2 night minimum stay throughout. Arrivals on 30th , 31st December has a minimum stay of 2 nights
