The B&B is located in the elegant Prati area, at only 5 minutes' walk to Saint Peter's Basilica, Vatican Museum, Castel Sant'Angelo; Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and Piazza Navona are all at walkable distance.

The place is close to the main tourist itineraries, neraby both the most important historical (the Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese, P.zza Navona, Trevi Fountain) and commercial places (Via Cola di Rienzo, Via Ottaviano, Viale Giulio Cesare, Via Frattina and Via Condotti are round the corner).

The area is served by the metro (the stop

'Ottaviano San Pietro' is at only 100 metres from the flat) as well as several over-the-ground means of transport, operating at night as well.

The flat is on a beautiful building dating back to the end of the 19th century and equipped with a lift.

The rooms boast high ceilings and thick walls, and are quiet, bright and comfortable.

The B&B have the double room, the triple room and the quadruple room.

The price includes the breakfast, the cleaning of the room and the private bathroom and the use of a towels set.
