Nos encontramos en el centro histórico de Roma, en la zona de Santa Maria Maggiore, nos encontramos a poca distancia de las principales atracciones turísticas como el foro romano y el Colosseo. Nos encontramos a 10 min a pie de la estación central, y hay una estación de metro a solo 20 metros de distancia.Completamente remodelado ofrecemos habitaciones con baño privado, ventilador de techo, tv, minibar, mapas gratis y conexión gratis a Internet (WIFI). En la recepción nuestro staff le indicara eventos en la ciudad.

- If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 7 days before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.). Any booking cancelled between 7 and 3 days before the date of arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. For following cancellations or in case of no-show or of anticipated leaving, the total price of the booking will be charged.

Please note that in case of reservation containing Holidays, you need to cancel 7 days before your date of arrival or entire booking amount will be charged.

- Being a guesthouse we don\'t have a 24hrs reception. So we need you to confirm your arrival time and respect it; please when you reserve specify the time of your arrival or do it afterwards by e-mail. If you have a change of plans you need to inform us: this is necessary to be welcomed without hitches, as there is not a concierge night and day.

City tax is not included in room rates
