Hotel Malu' es un pequeño hotel familiar situado en el centro de Roma, a sólo 100 metros de la estación Termini, tren, metro y autobús.
Acaba de ser reformado para que usted encontrará todos los servicios que pueda necesitar para aprovechar al máximo sus vacaciones y su estancia en Roma.
La posición es ideal para visitar los lugares más famosos de Roma: el Coliseo, los Foros Imperiales, el Panteón ...
IMPORTANTE:
*La hora de llegada 12,00 a 20,00, si vas a llegar antes de las 12.00 se puede dejar allí las maletas y regresar cuando la habitación estará lista (no antes de las 8.00 am)
*La hora de salida está dentro de las 10.30 horas
*No hay posibilidad de check-in después de 22:00 horas
*Por favor llamar al interfono exterior de la puerta y esperar a que una repetición antes de entrar en el edificio, el hotel está dentro de un gran edificio con muchas otras estructuras diferentes.
* Las habitaciones estándar tienen aire acondicionado,
* Habitaciones básicas tienen sólo ventilador eléctrico.

THE CHECK IN IS POSSIBLE FROM 12.00 to 20.00
If you need to arrive before 12.00 you can leave there your luggages and come back later (not before 8.00 a.m.).
No possibility of check in after 22:00.
Please advise about your arrival time as we don't have 24 hour reception.
The check out time is max 10.30
NOTE: if you come with children from 3 year we will not accept a booking of a double room. For 2 adults and 1 child from 4 year you have to book a triple room. (baby for free until 2 years old if in the parents bed)
In any case you have to advise about babies.

RSSWe stayed here for 3 nights in September. The second night there was an electrical fire in our room while we were asleep. We almost suffocated. There are no fire alarms in the room and no telephones. The rooms also have blackout shutters so we were unable to find our key to get out. The night attendant refused to call the fire department and turned the power breaker back on which caused the electrical fire to burn out of control. Our entire room was full of white, toxic smoke. Eventually the whole floor was full of smoke. Other guests were coming out of their rooms coughing. The night attendant refused to call for help no matter how many times we pleaded with him. The owner was hostile and unapologetic. Instead of helping us get our clothes laundered because they smelled like toxic smoke or refunding any of our money he attacked us. He accused us of setting fire to the air conditioner by placing our belongings on it. This was a blatant lie that he made up to take blame off himself for not having his air conditioner properly maintained or fixed and for not having fire detectors. He also spent a whole day calling the booking agency we used and our credit card company to tell them the fire was our fault so we would have no recourse. At one point he accused us of inconveniencing other guests by causing a fire in our room. His behavior was disgusting and he is a complete crook. This was hands down the worst customer service experience we have ever had. Not to mention we could have suffocated in our sleep. It was only by chance that I woke up and noticed smoke as I was breathing in the dark. This hotel is not safe. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Definitely a good place to stay if u have a low-medium range budget.. everything was cozy and nice.. even in a triple bed sharing room..
didnt get to try the food they serve.. so no comments on that..
wifi was good.. but it could have been better if u were able to get its reception in rooms too.. at the moment, u can only get connected to the net at the reception..
hospitality was awesome.. owners are very down to earth..
location was good too.. nearby the Termini station which is a big convenient..

if you like your breakfast in the morning forget this hotel its crap,staff are very helpful and pleasant great location very clean
