Location – crossroad from railway station: not quiet, criminal surrounding. 6th floor, elevator works until 11 p.m.
Cleanliness – dirty walls, mould around the tank, and unpleasant smell in the bathroom. However, the bed linen is white and fresh, towels changed every day.
Facilities – room is pretty small, no refrigerator (was included in our room-price), TV did not work, and conditioner was turn on only after pressing ask. No access to Internet.... más

El hotel, recientemente reformado, ofrece un ambiente acogedor y un buen servicio, a buen precio, con una gran tipología de habitaciones, todas ellas decoradas con gusto, con baño privado y aire acondicionado.
Un lugar estupendo para una estancia agradable en el centro histórico de Roma.

Service – personal practically did not speak English. Breakfast (donut and tiny cup of coffee) at the nearby café.
Value – not match the service. Definitely I don’t recommend that place to stay.

The place was ok. I used one of the single rooms with shared bathroom.
The room was small, but enought for 1 person. The bathroom was clean as well as the room.I spent 1 week there. They tidy up the room everyday. Change the towels.
The service was a little bit noisy in the morning when doing the clean up.The laction is one of the best in Rome, just by Termini Station, almost every night bus, many regular buses and the 2 Metro lines stops there and all trains to Rome

Indicaciones
We are located just in front of Termini Train Station (Via Marsala exit)
From Fiumicino airport: Take the train to Termini station. The trains run every half hour from Fiumicino, and cost 9.50 Euro. From Ciampino airport: Take the Cotral bus service to Anagnina Metro station. The buses run about once every half hour. From there, take the Metro Line A all the way to the Termini metro stop.
