A newly relocated and renovated Hostel in 2010, located a 5 minutes walk from Termini station and Piazza della Republica, Central Rome, Hostel Mosaic is of the highest standard for budget accommodation in Italy.
The hostel spans two floors and provides the latest amenities, security and comfort for the independent traveller or anyone wishing to stay in peaceful, calm surroundings after a exhausting day sightseeing in the most exciting and beautiful city in the world.
We offer a wide range of dorms and private rooms varying from 2 beds to 4 beds. Our 2 bedded private rooms and dorms have their own A/C . Choose between en-suite facilities or standard where the bathroom is situated on the corridors. All rooms have linen included and high quality beds. Lockers are available at reception.The whole hostel is covered by video surveillance making it comfortable and secure.

Our hostel is situated in a great central location minutes walking distance to Piazza della republica or a 20-30 minute walk to the city centre where you will find the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and much more, or just hop on the metro and its only a 5 minute ride to all of these- Close by to the hostel you will find all of the amenities such as supermarkets, laundrymat, restaurants and even right next door you will find one of the oldest and most famous wine bars of Rome Trimani.
Best of all, with Termini station only 5 minutes walk from us both airports Ciampino and Fiumicino are perfectly accessible for the end of your trip. Come and stay with us and see for yourself why Hostel Mosaic is the place to be.

Rome City Council decided to charge 2 Euros per person per night on tourists who visit Rome. It is implemented from the 01/01/2011. This is unfortunately NOT included in the accommodation fee, upon making reservation please consider this extra fee in your budget.

Estuvimos muy a gusto en el Mosaic Hostel. Todos son muy amables, en cuanto llegamos nos explicaron lo que podíamos ver y hacer en Roma, y están dispuestos a ayudarte en cualquier ocasión.
Está a 5 minutos de la estación de trenes Termini, y cerca también de los lugares a visitar en Roma, recorrimos casi todo a pie.
Todo es nuevo. La limpieza está bien, las toallas se pueden alquilar. El desayuno está bien.
Nos ha gustado, y lo recomendaríamos.

The location was very good, very near of the Termini station (5 minutes walking). The room was large, comfortable and clean. The manager was very kind and very funny, he gave us a map explaining all the main sights. The breakfast was good. We could pay with credit card. They have just one computer, what it was bad for us because we have to wait for use it and we had just 30 minutes for use it. They don't have kitchen, so we couldn't cook for dinner. It was suprise for us to pay an extra tax per day, according to the manager a new tax set up by the government to all the tourists. Finally, we can say we do recommend this place: great location, cozy room and friendly staff.
Mosaic hostel is a clean, peacefull but near the city center, place to stay in Rome. The prices are absolutely reasonables for what it offers. I recommend it without second thought!
