The facility is furnished with antique furniture manufactured locally and with accessories and complements from the local craft sector (cane lobsterpots and baskets), with a touch of Sardinia-style carpets, bedspreads, curtains, tablecloths and place mats. Mrs Santa, the owner, prepares the breakfast buffet on the first floor that the guests can eat sitting alfresco on the terrace if they wish. A fridge and washing machine are also available for the guests (these are not inside the room). THE ROOMS ARE SERVED BY AN INDEPENDENT ENTRANCE. After receiving the keys the guests are free to come in or out of the rooms whenever they wish in absolute autonomy. All rooms are equipped with a TV, AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING AND PRIVATE BATH WITH TOWELS AND HAIR DRYER.CLASSIC rooms, DELUXE room, PRESTIGE room, ROYALE roomOctober-April, 1-30 June, July, August, September, €55 per night per room** The prices are in Euros, s per night and per room. The rooms are double but if you need a third bed please contact the management. The prices may vary during bank holidays and festivities. We evaluate discounts for prolonged periods.The booking must be made after the availability has been confirmed by the Porto Vecchio B&B staff. You may request an estimate or availability by email or telephone and after receiving the approval it is necessary to send a down payment for the reservation. This can be send by postal money order, bank transfer or to our Postepay card (please contact the management for further details). Please send the payment receipt by fax or email in order to complete the booking in the shortest time possible; the remaining sum will be paid upon arrival in our structure. When you arrive at the B&B check-in desk we will request a valid ID document for the registration as guests in our structure, after this we will give you the room keys and the TV and Air conditioning remote controls. Breakfast is served on the terrace from 8.30 to 10.30 a.m., it is also possible to agree, in advance, upon different times according to our guests needs. Our B&B organisation requests our guests to leave their room at 11.30 a.m. on the departure day; however it is possible to keep the luggage in a specific room of our structure if necessary. Any loss or damage is charged to the guest who, after being registered, is the person liable for the 2 remote controls (TV and Air conditioner) and 3 towels (small, medium and large). Should these be damaged we request a refund of €20.00 for each remote control and €15.00 for each towel. Smoking is forbidden in every area of the structure (in keeping with the Law dated 6th January 2003, N.3 Art.51), however it is permitted in the open-air areas like, for example, the terrace
