Accomodation Biennale is located in the middle of the only big park in Biennale Giardini-St. Elena, a pretty and lovely green iseland at just twenty/thirty minutes, walking, from St. Mark square.At only five minutes, by bus-boat,from the near boat-stop (both Giardini-Biennale or S.Elen; better St. Elena Stop,in case You do not want crossing bridges with trolly). Pubblic transport working all night long. No hight water area.Not smoking area.

It is up to three steeps from ground level, and including one big and confortable sleeping room (double sharing bed) with Kitchenette using (in case You will use the kitchen it is not included in the normal price and it must be asket to the owner,thank-You), plus one confortable sofa-bed, eventually for a third person, in the sitting-dining room. The bathroom is new and big (Wc-bidet- and a wide shower).

There is a good size color TV and internet plug connection ( not included in the price and using it by permition with the owner).

We also have an second indipendent double-room, for two persons, with not kitchen use. It is very pretty and nice, antico veneziano Style, with self fridge, elettric coffe and thea machine, TV with DVD and internet connection,to pay a-part with permition of the owner.

Accomodation Biennale is at just five minutes, by boat, from Lido's beach, and from St. Mark square, too.

Please always advise about arrival time and details in order to arrange check-in.

Check in time from 10 a.m. or late. Please advise if you are on late, we will wait for 1 hour and then we will leave a paper note on the door (or window)with contact details to arrange check-in.

Check out time at 21.00-9 P.M.

Breakfast possible on request at an extra charge in a bar nearby. Please ask if interested.

Please note that prices online are per person but if you book private rooms you will have to pay for the entire room (double, triple, etc.).

For long periods, it is possible to make an agreement with the owner to use the kitchen.
