Enrico was a wonderful resource at the front desk...helped us in every way possible. Actually, the lady in the a.m. was also very helpful.
The location was a little inconvenient but perhaps the price made up for it.

This was previously a three star though now I believe they are a four star according to the rating over the entrance. It was clearly newly decorated so felt clean. However, the fridge in our room did not work, facilities were minimal i.e no swimming pool. The restaurant meals were fairly priced when comparing it to the cost of meals in the area.

The staff were really helpful and the room was beautiful. It was a bit far from the centre of Venice but not very hard to get to by bus.
