I write only the fact I have exprienced.
In conclusion,the only good point about this hotel is its location.
This is the only reason,if I should recommend this hotel to someone.
The San Marco is very close to the hotel.
It is very convenient to move.However,the room in another house was very small for two,so noisy and unclean.
It's just like a servant's room.
What was worse,the only window in bathroom was broken.
it's very dangerous.Hotel stuff lady was unkind because she didn't tell me about anything to buy something near the hotel.
She told me the hotel didn't have PC with internet access available for guest use,
so l had to look for Internet access point shop outside.
The breakfast was very simple,but it's nothing to complain about.2 days at this hotel was a nightmare.
I don't exaggerate and so serious.I have regreted reservating this hotel so badly!

もし誰かにこのホテルを勧めるとしたら、それだけが理由です。
サンマルコ広場の隣ともいっていいくらいの近さで、
観光・移動にとても便利です。
しかしながら、別館の部屋は2人部屋にしてはとても小さく（明らかに一人部屋に無理やり2つベッドをいれたような）
壁が薄いのでとても騒々しく（隣部屋では子連れが大騒ぎ）、清潔とはいえませんでした。
さらに最悪なことに、バスルームに唯一ある窓は留め金が外れて壊れていて
今にもおちてきそうな状態であり、とても危険でした。ホテルの女主人はあまり親切とは言えず、近場でカメラなど雑貨を売っているような
店をたずねても「知らないけど、どこかにはあるでしょ」みたいな態度をされました。インターネットが使えるのかと思いきや、自分でPCを持っていなければ使うことができないらしく、
外でインターネットカフェを探す羽目になりました。
朝食はクロワッサンとコーヒーだけという質素なものでしたが、これは別にいいです。このホテルの2日間の滞在は悪夢でした。
大げさにはいっていませんし大真面目です。このホテルを予約したことを後悔しています。（ベニスはとても最高だったけど）
結局のところ、ロケーションだけがこのホテルの唯一の良心です。

This hotel is in a fantastic location and is great value. A review on another site stated that there were rooms with no windows - this is not the case. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast is included in the amazingly low price. A very convenient user-friendly safe was provided in the room.
