This was our first time in Venice and didn't really know what to expect. Our San Zulian experience exceeded any expectations from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect, the staff very accomodating and friendly, the hotel had a wonderful charm which we were hoping for. We would definitely stay again and will certainly recommend San Zulian to anyone visiting Venice!

You will be enchanted by the location of Hotel San Zulian, just a few strides from Piazza San Marco and the Ponte di Rialto, in the historic and commercial centre of the city.

Built in 1800 and recently renovated, the hotel has a lift and 22 rooms in varying arrangements and styles.

The hotel is distinguished by its refinement, elegance, and combination of Venetian and international styles. Cavatappi' Wine Bar offering traditional Venetian and Italian cooking, and a wide selection of wines and cocktails. Our rooms are furnished with valuable antique furniture and Venetian artworks. They all have satellite TV, mini bar, safe, air conditioning and bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Two rooms on the ground floor are fully equipped to regulation standards for individuals with disabilities.
