We are located in the historical centre of Venice .

FIRST OF ALL IS NECESSARY TO COME IN OUR RECEPTION. WE OPEN AT 8.00 A.M. TILL 0.00 P.M. WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO LET US KNOW YOUR ARRIVAL TIME.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 48 HOUR BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE, 1ST NIGHT PENALITY.

We dispose of private rooms and mixed dorm.

ALL ROOMS HAVE THE PRIVATE BATHROOM, INSIDE THE ROOM OR OUTSIDE IT ON SAME FLOOR.They have a basic furnishing with colour TV, refrigerator, fans and a heating system. We also supply linen and towels, changed every 3 days.

During the high season a little self-service breakfast is available in your room.

CHECK-OUT IS AT 10 A.M. AND ROOMS ARE READY FROM 3.00 P.M. If you arrive early you could leave your baggage in our free deposit bags.

Our staff are more than happy to help you find the cool spots in Venice to have a 'good old fun time' or even find quiet serene places where you can feel 'Venetian in Venice'.HAVE A GREAT STAY IN VENICE WITH US!

VENICE CITY COUNCIL DECIDED TO INTRODUCE A TAX FOR TOURIST ARE VISITING THE CITY. IT IS IMPLEMENTED FROM THE 24TH OF AUGUST 2011.

FOR OUR PROPERTIES, THE PRICE IT WILL BE OF EURO 3.00 FOR PERSON AND FOR NIGHT.

WE ARE SORRY BUT THIS IS UNFORTUNATELY NOT INCLUDED IN THE ACCOMMODATION FEE, UPON MAKING RESERVATION PLEASE CONSIDER THIS EXTRA FEE IN YOUR BUDGET.

-WHO ARE STAYING IN VENICE FOR A LONG PERIOD, FROM THE 6TH NIGHT STAYING AHEAD,

-CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEAR OLD

-50% OF DISCOUNT CHILDREN BETWEEN 11 AND 16 YEARS OLD.

-50% OF DISCOUNT ON LOW SEASON

The room we rented for 5 days was situated in a quiet and central location of Venice, within walking distance to all the main tourist sights. Although the reception and the actual rooms that are being rent are not in the same place, it shouldn't worry you at all, the location is within a private block of flats in the historical central of Venice. All the rooms are clean and kept tidy. Unfortunately no wifi.
