Located in the heart of the Jordaan DB's B&B is not far from Central Station, close to bars, restaurants, markets and tourist attractions. The Jordaan is the oldest area of Amsterdam, full of history, interesting architecture, and a great variety of shops. The B&B is actually a one-bedroom apartment. The bedroom comprises a twin/double bed, TV/DvD, and adjoining luxury bathroom. The bedroom leads out onto a sunny balcony where you can enjoy the surrounding area. The room is equipped with linen and towels and our property also features internet access for guests use. Guests enjoy private use of the entire apartment during evenings and weekends. We run a quiet office only during weekday working hours. The entire apartment was renovated in 2005 and is in excellent condition. We also offer guests a kitchen and livingroom to enjoy on your stay with us. The refrigerator is well stocked with all you need for a self-service breakfast. Our friendly staff will be happy to offer travel information and aid you in any way to make your stay more enjoyable. Close to: Dam Square, Anne Frank House, Monday and Saturday markets, great cafés and restaurants, stylish and trendy shops.

This is a lovely appartment. Somewhere you could easily spend an entire very comfortable week. In an interesting area. Diana was a very welcoming and informative host. Only one problem The smell of cigerette smoke when we came into the entrance hall. But this did not come into the apartment but, Yuck!

My husband and I treated ourselves to a short break in Amsterdam to celebrate our wedding anniversary and chose Dianne's B&B because it had such good reviews. We were not disappointed. The accommodation is delightful - much more spacious than it appeared from the photographs, and beautifully presented. Dianne is a lovely, warm, friendly lady, who made us feel really welcome when we arrived, asking us what we would like her to buy for our breakfasts, showing us places to visit and recommending some fantastic restaurants - she was even kind enough to book a table for us. (And do go the Ko Chong Thai, its fabulous, and the cafe Dianne recommended for the best apple cake is also not to be missed!!) The apartment is about a 15-20 minute walk from Central Station and easy to find. The Jordaan is a residential area, so free from riotous crowds and very pretty; it is near enough to most places of interest to be able to walk there, but there is public transport nearby if you prefer. We actually walked everywhere, it is such a beautiful city we didn't want to miss anything! It was lovely to come back in the evening and be able to sit on the veranda surrounded by gorgious plants and gardens and relax with a chilled glass of wine. Wonderful!! I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough, and we will definitely return.
