Very comfortable quiet non-smoking hotel. 5 minutes from Leidesplein. Walking distance to anywhere in city centre. Good breakfast up to 9.30am. Single rooms are small but that's to be expected for this city. Good value.

L'hôtel Jupiter est un hôtel confortable de 2 étoiles situé dans une rue calme avec des services pratiquement identiques à un hôtel 3 étoiles.
La plupart des 20 chambres ont été récemment rénovés, l'ascenseur à été l'un des derniers équipements ajoutés pour y assurer un service de meilleur qualité.
Situé en plein centre de Amsterdam, à proximité d'attractions les plus connues comme le Musée Van Gogh, le Rijksmuseum où vous pouvez y voir les peintures ou gravures de Rembrandt et la maison d'Anne Frank.
Vous aimez la musique classsique ? La salle des concerts ou Concertgebouw est seulement à dix minutes de marche.
Pour ceux qui veulent profiter de vie nocturne d'Amsterdam vous pouvez vous rendre dans le quartier de Leidseplein où vous trouverez des centaines de restaurants, bars, cinémas, théatres, et beaucoup d'endroits avec musique live!

By airplane: (Schiphol Airport):
You can take the 'Connexxion' Airport hotel shuttle bus, that whill take you straight to our hotel.
Tickets: 14.50 p.p. one-way
or a return ticket fot 24,- Euro.

By train: (Central Station) take the tram as described further below, or take a taxi, which will cost approximately 12 .
By Tram: (20 min. from C.S. + approximately 5 min. by foot) From Central Station, take tram 1, and get off at the 'Leidseplein'. Looking at the path of the tram driving further, you will see a bridge. Cross that, and turn right into the street called 'Nassaukade'. Follow this road keeping the canal at your right-hand side. (You will pass a sporting-goods store.) Turn left at the second corner, into the 'Tweede Helmersstraat' where the hotel is situated at your right-hand side. click here for a detailed map
By Car:
From direction 'Den Haag' (highway A4), take the Ring Road A 10 around Amsterdam, and go West towards Zaandam, follow turn-off for the S106 where you turn right at the traffic-lights. Go straight ahead, and after 2 traffic-lights, sort left crossing a bridge. Then turn left on the 'Overtoom'. Follow this road until the 4th side street at your left-hand, and turn left into the 'Tweede Constantijn Huygensstraat'. Turn right at the second side street at your right, which is the 'Tweede Helmersstraat'. You will find our Hotel at your left-hand side.
From direction 'Utrecht' (highway A2):
Follow this highway straight into Amsterdam. Keep following the direction ''Centrum'' until you get to the exit S 100, which you take and then turn left at the end of the 'Overtoom' . Turn left at the third side street, and you are in the 'Derde Helmersstraat'. Turn left at the second side-street, and again at the first street left.You will see our Hotel at your left-hand side.
From direction 'Hilversum' and/or 'Amersfoort' (highway A1):
Follow this highway to Amsterdam, and take the circular road A 10 near Amsterdam for the turn-off to the S 112. Follow the direction 'Centrum'. This road takes you to the S 100, where you turn left at the end of the 'Overtoom' . Turn left at the Third side street, and you are in the 'Derde Helmersstraat'. Turn left at the second side-street, and again at the first street to your left.
You will see our Hotel at your left-hand side.
