It is an appartment with 4 room of which 3 bigger ones (2-persons) have one shared bathroom. I stayed for a week in the smallest room with a private bathroom. Bathroom was very small but clean and sufficient. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Sheets could have been a bit more representative (but were reasonably clean). You have to let the owner know when you will arrive (e-mail). She will send someone to let you in (Portugees speeking only) and give you the key.

Au sujet Latina Hostel
Dans le meilleur des cas situé dans le coeur même de Lisbonne, entre les places de 'Saldanha 'et de 'Pombal '. Beau logement du centre, propre et nouveau. Nous avons des jumeaux, des triples et des doubles plus un dorm et un dorm féminin avec 3 lits chacun de maculine et chaque pièce ont obtenu un balcon privé, où les gens peuvent fumer, se dorent au soleil, lu, ou observent simplement la vie de ville. À la partie healtiest de Lisbonne, les novas moyens, vous pouvez atteindre les endroits de visite touristique, entertaneiment, comme l'alto de Bairro et le Baixa easly aussi bien d'autres villes Sintra, Cascais ou Fatima. Le bâtiment est élégant, a 2 ascenseurs et un concierge permanent. Les PLAGES SEULEMENT à 15M LOIN PAR de PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
notre temps d'inscriptions est: 13 à 14,00 P.m. 18 à 19,00 que le P.m.
si vous arrivez plus tard a fait nous savoir (par la poste ou téléphone) votre programme de flight/train, et nous essayent de vous vérifier dedans après des heures (prenez-un taxi nous si tard).

Bathroom was very small but clean and sufficient. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Sheets could have been a bit more representative (but were reasonably clean). You have to let the owner know when you will arrive (e-mail). She will send someone to let you in (Portugees speeking only) and give you the key. She is quite easily available via the e-mail and phone, responds quickly to your questions but you will not catch a glimpse of her. Be prepared to pay cash in advance and do not expect to get a proper bill.
Location was for me very good as it was at a convinient distance from the language school I attended (International House, very good by the way). Public transport (underground and busses) is generally very good in Lisboa so the real center of the city is easy to get to.
Generally ok, might use it next year although with all rooms booked it might get a bit crowded. I had luck to be alone.

L'aéroport est à l'de 15 minutes conduisent, et le train 10m. Notre station de Metro est des PLAGES de Picoas SEULEMENT à 15M LOIN PAR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION comment arriver: De l'aéroport, prenez un taxi (8 euros pour le tour) ou l'Aérien-Autobus (91) à Picoas. Par chemin de fer, prenez un taxi (5 euros) ou l'autobus (90) à Picoas en Bus, 10-15m marchant pour nous obtenir.
