This spacious 2 story apartment (Duplex) has been nicely refurbished preserving the ancient architecture, wooden ceilings, stone walls, spacious and comfortable. It has a large living room greets you on entering with an American kitchen and a balcony which looks onto the main street. In the living room there are 2 large sofas, a wooden table, and bookshelves, satellite-TV, CD, air conditioning/heating and a ceiling fan. The apartment has one private bedroom with twin beds, a large wardrobe and a ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom (with WC and basin).Using the spiral staircase you get to the attic room and communal access to the terrace. This grand space has 4 single beds beds, and a nice view facing the terrace. It has a wardrobe, air conditioning/ heating, a ceiling fan. The terrace has 2 lounge chairs and garden furniture. The "Columbus statue" can be seen at the distance from this private chill-out area, where you can relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, coffee-machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron, ironing board. This apartment is is located just off the Ramblas, close to plaza Real and the Liceo Theater. This area is the heart of Barcelona, a modern, cosmopolitan, Mediterranean European city, where everybody is welcome, a Mediterranean city with a lively outdoor atmosphere.
