The location of this guest house is perfect, literally round the corner from the Sagrada Familia and just minutes from the metro stop, shops, cafes and bars.

It has a very friendly atmosphere, with wi-fi, comfy beds, a shared bathroom (with shower and toilet), a toilet, a living room and kitchen. The landlady didn't speak much english, but welcomed us and showed us around.

Breakfast was put out the night before, and was everything you needed.

Petit-déjeuner inclus

Notre auberge est belle, petite, elle a un emplacement excellent, confortable, propre et dans sa catégorie elle répond aux meilleurs standards qualitatifs.

Conçue pour les touristes et les voyageurs qui ne veulent pas dépenser beaucoup d'argent et en même temps cherchant un logement réellement confortable.

Nos qualités sont simples:

- Nous vous fournissons un logement économique avec haut norme de qualité

- Nous avons renversé sur ton confort

- Nous avons créé une auberge confortable et avec une belle atmosphère amusante amicale

- Nous vous fournissons renseignements touristiques 24 heures sur 24

Nos lits sont grands, les matelas sont nouveaux et trés confortables.

It has a very friendly atmosphere, with wi-fi, comfy beds, a shared bathroom (with shower and toilet), a toilet, a living room and kitchen. The landlady didn't speak much english, but welcomed us and showed us around.

Breakfast was put out the night before, and was everything you needed. You could also use the fridge and cooker if you wanted to buy food from the supermarket.

We were able to leave our bags there and collect the main door keys when we arrived in the morning, though check-in (and our room key) were not available until after 2pm.

The accommodation was a little noisy, just with the occasional opening and closing of doors, but the other guests were considerate and you are likely to be too tired from exploring Barcelona to be kept awake anyway!

Overall, this was amazing value and just what we were looking for. Thank you!

Can't really give a review as our booking was cancelled very late the night before we were due to check in. The manager rang us at close to midnight to tell us that they were overbooked and to ask if our group would mind staying at two different properties (several metro stops apart). With no other choice we agreed, only to be rung back 5 minutes later to tell us that that wasn't available either. They offered us no help and no apology whatsoever. Avoid at all cost.

- From Sants Estacio. Take the metro, Line 5 (Blue) and get off in the Sagrada Familia station. We are just 1 minutes walking.

Directions from Barcelona BCN El Prat airport:

By taxi from BCN airport
Taxis from the airport to Barcelona city centre take about 20-30 minutes dependent on traffic and cost about EUR 18 to 22, including a supplement for each large piece of luggage placed in the car boot.

By train
To catch the airport train into the city, just walk out and cross the long overhead bridge (with moving walkway) between Terminals A and B. Trains run every half hour and the journey only takes 20 minutes. Half the price of the bus, just EUR 1.7. Stop on the Sants Estacio, Barcelona's Central station, take the metro, on the blue line (L 5). Only five stations away, stop at Sagrada Familia station.
We are just 1 minutes walking.

By bus:
There is a shuttle bus service which stops outside each terminal and goes to central Plaça Catalunya every 15 minutes. The 'Aerobus' is the most comfortable and easy way to travel between the city centre and the airport. A single ticket costs EUR 3.75.
You can stop in Plaza Universitat, take the metro, on the purple line (L2). Only four stations away, stop at Sagrada Familia station.
We are just 1 minutes walking.

From Girona-Barcelona Costa Brava Airport (GRO):
Ryanair provides a bus after each landing. It will drive you from Girona Airport directly to Estacio del Nord in Barcelona with aproximate cost of EUR 9.00. Then you can take the taxi for around EUR 4.50
Take the metro in the station Arc de Triomf (is the red line) (L1), and go to directions of Universitat station. There you need make conection with the purple line (L 2). Only four stations away, stop at Sagrada Familia station.
