We found the staff were not very helpful and only interested in selling their tours and services (e.g. they "did not know" anything about the Havas bus service to the airport as they wanted to sell their airport shuttle service). Also the price of these tours and services went down every time we said "we cannot afford that" so be sure to negotiate the price.
The room we stayed was very nice and comfortable. So as long as you are aware of this "some what aggressively business oriented" nature of this hostel and do not expect sincere advices from them, then you will have a comfortable stay there.

Our first stop in Turkey and a lovely introduction. Excellent breakfast and good evening meal in beautiful flowery courtyard. Nice family atmosphere. Lovely location in centre of old town.

A very nice little family-run guesthouse. The room was basic but clean. Breakfast was also basic but plentiful. The internet worked. We enjoyed the garden. I highly recommend it for a low-end guesthouse. (I was also pleased that the price we expected to pay was the price we actually paid.)
