Unfortunatelly your front desk doesn`t go with YMCA values that you show in "Todays Menu", because they are not friendly and people oriented with the visitors of your hostel. On the other hand your cleanliness in the room is poor against others hostels that I´ve visited in the world. The best of your hostel is the location for sure! Next time I`ll try another option in NYC

this place is in great location. it's a good value for the money. the rest rooms are reasonably good but can be better. the wireless internet connection is not working. the staff were friendly and helpful. good value for the money. rooms are clean.
