We are located in the Latin Quarter near Station Berri-UQAM, a major subway and the bus terminal. We are also close to the gay village, Old Montreal, Chinatown, the casino (one subway stop away) and underground shopping.

About what you'd expect from a cheap hotel. Staff was friendly though, and the location was excellent: Right on the endless restaurant-lined street of 'The Village', and very close to the Berri-UQAM metro station, where the green and orange lines cross. If staying here in summer, I'd recommend asking for a main floor room (despite these being a bit noisier), as the third floor rooms get really hot.
Pillows in this place were horribly lumpy, and the rooms didn't look all that attractive. Breakfast was okay, though I'm not a big fan of the concept of having breakfast delivered to your door at a time you have to decide in advance.
