The modern and tastefully furnished 1-room-appartment (approx. 36 m²) with a balcony heading south west is located on the 3rd level (with elevator) of an apartment house in Munich/Berg-am-Laim, approx. 10 mins by car away from the city center and only 10 mins away from the Exhibition Center.

The bright apartment provides a combined bedroom and living space with a double bed (160x200cm), a couch (can also be used as a further sleeping alternative, 140x200cm) for another 2 persons (max 4). dining table with 4 chairs, wardrobe and a TV (Astra Digital with over 150 different TV and radio channels in various languages).

The kitchen is modern and equipped top quality incl. microwave; the bathroom has a bathtub and shower/WC. This is a non-smoking room only. Special Features: No breakfast service; however close by are various shops of daily needs, coffee shops and restaurants. High recreational value due to the nearby parc with indoor and outdoor pool area.

If cancelled or modified up to 72 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Cancellation Policy Oktoberfest 16.09.11 to 06.10.2011

All reservations for the Oktoberfest, 100% of the first night will be charged by the Hotel on the day of booking and is refundable..

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified less than 30 days before arrival, 60% of the total balance will be charged. In case of no-show, the total balance will be charged.

Please note that your card will be authorized 7 days before arrival in the total balance.
