This fantastic residence, located in the safe and stylish Gracia district, is only 5 minutes walk away from Gaudi´s famous Park Guell. It´s only a 1 minute walk from the metro stop Lesseps on line 3, which goes directly to Placa Catalunya and Las Ramblas, and is on many bus routes - numbers 28, 87, 92 and 129. The building is in rationalist style and is recently been refurbished. All the rooms are full of light and large with ensuite bathroom.

The residence has large rooms, with Queen's beds and 3 rooms are with twin beds (two individual beds). Each room has a private bathroom. The kitchen is shared to prepare your own meals. The property is family-orientated, and we have a no smoking policy. No stag or hen parties allowed.

Advise about arrival time.

Check in time from 12 am till 2 am but they can leave your bags in our office from 10 am.

Check out is 11 am

Cleaning upon departure is not included has an extra cost of 30 eur for the rooms (over the balance due to pay)
