This is a bright and spacious studio apartment with a separate kitchen and bathroom. There is also a balcony with spectacular views over Berlin. It is on the 5th floor with a lift. Wireless internet conection.

In the living area there is a double bed and a double sofa bed which allows up to 4 guests to stay. There is a dining table that seats 4. The room is split into living area, dining area and bedroom area.

Living area: Sofa (double sofa bed when 3 or 4 guests stay) TV and DVD.

Kitchen: electric cooker, fridge small freezer, kettle and iron.

Bathroom: Shower, Bath, WC, hairdryer.

Bedroom area: double bed and wardrobe.

The apartment is a very desirable location in the heart of Kreuzberg. Local shopping is plentiful and varied as well as offering a host of restaurants, bars and cafes. The buzzy and popular Bergmann Strasse with its trendy shops and buzzy cafes is a short walk of only 5-600 metres.

At the end of Grossbeerenstrasse is the beautiful Victoria Park with its national monument. This monument provides an excellent viewpoint over much of the southern portions of the city. An artificial waterfall originates at the foot of the monument and continues down the hillside to the intersection of Großbeerenstraße and Kreuzbergstraße. Additionally, the local wine Kreuz-Neroberger is cultivated here.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people.
