We were very happy with all Mystays had to offer. And the accommodation was remarkably clean and generously spacious by comparison to most places we've stayed in Japan recently.
Laundry room availabilty was appreciated and could only have been better by a bigger exhaust fan. It did get pretty hot in there while we were doing laundry.
Overall, it made a nice contribution to our honeymoon.

The Hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are nice but fairly small without much space if you have big luggage. Very efficient air-conditioning that makes the room cool in a few minutes, if you go in the summer it is needed. The rooms are cleaned every day if you stay less then a week.
Overall its a very nice hotel in the middle of Osaka right next to Osaka City Tower.

Just had a stay at this Osaka hotel, and I am pleasantly surprised. Didn't really expect much for the relatively cheap price, however what we got was spacious rooms, fair-sized bathrooms, with internet etc included in the price.
If I go back to Osaka some day, I won't hesitate to stay here again.

Feels like staying in a small high class hotel. Helpful staff but not really good with English, but still able to provide us with informations we needed. Free usage of ice-maker, washing machine & dryer but have to pay for washing powder. Food and shopping streets are a little bit far away, but we manage to find cheap food and shopping while walking to the famous streets and exploring the neighbourhood.
If you're in Osaka, this hotel is amazing. It's extremeley clean and comfortable, you would really have a hard time finding something of similar quality anywhere in the world for the price. It's close to the subway and easy access to Osaka's main venues and sight-seeing opportunities. It's a diamond in the rough and really a terrific hotel with terrific staff who are extremely helpful. It's the only place I will stay at next time i'm in Osaka.
