1room apartment on the first floor and a 2 room apartment on the ground floor. It has a living/sleeping room, a bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom,radio,TV. The floors are made of laminet and PVC.

These apartments have 2 double sofa beds , 1 Twin bed or double beds and bunk bed.

Close to the S-Bahn (surburban railroad) Neukoln and and tube-station Linstr is 3 -5 minutes walking distance,close to the museum of natural science, gallery for modern art , the former Berlin wall. Internet café, theatre and all the shoping facilities are within 5 minutes walking distance.

Check out time : Before 11 .00am

Arrivals after 22.00pm and public holidays all time must pay extra 20 euros
