I booked this property for a stay of 4 days. When we got there, nobody was waiting for us. we had to wait 4 hours to check-in as we couldn't contact with the owner. When we called telephone number, which is provide on the confirmation, we went through a mail voice and it was very frustrating.

Located on Manhattan's ultra trendy and ecclectic Soho on the border with Lower East Side, the apartment offers travelers an unbeatable alternative to the overpriced and undersized rooms found at so many New York hotels.

This brand new two bedroom apartment is perfect for a big family or a group of friends, with its very functional environment it can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. It is fully furnished and equipped with the comfort of a home. It has hard-wood floors with Asian rugs. All towels and linens are provided.

There are 2 Queens size beds in the bedrooms, a closet and a night table. The living room includes a double sized foldable couch., a dining table and chairs. The open kitchen is spacious, fully equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster (all dishes, silverware, and pots included). The bathroom is fully equipped including a washing machine/dryer.

The apartment is located on the border of Lower East Side and Soho, close to a park with soccer field and a basket-ball court. Walk out the front door and have your pick of dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and venues.

-- An additional fee of $80.00 is charged for cleaning.

I booked this property for a stay of 4 days. When we got there, nobody was waiting for us. we had to wait 4 hours to check-in as we couldn't contact with the owner. When we called telephone number, which is provide on the confirmation, we went through a mail voice and it was very frustrating.
When finally we checked in, to our surprise it wasn't the apartment that we booked, it was smaller and we were almost overcharged for a cleaning fee of $70 which wasn't mention on my booking confirmation. After some discussion with guy ( who insulted us, saying we were miserable and more bad words about our nationality) we only paid for the confirmation amount.
The apartment was nice and localization was great but dealing with the property manager and assistant wasn't very pleasant and it wasn't fair to be charged for something that it is not on the agreement. Please be careful when booking this apartment, bring your printing confirmation might help.
