This beautiful furnished one bedroom apartment is located in a lovely brownstone building in the gorgeous residential area of Upper West Side, next to Central Park. The apartment is fully equipped with all houseware, linens and towels.

It has hardwood flooring, a high ceiling decorated with exquisite original molding and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, a convertible sofa bed in the living room/dining room and an extra single bed. Electricity, local phone services, cable TV , high-speed Internet, iPod HiFi are included in the price.

The building has a part time doorman, two elevators and a laundry room.
