The Hotel Sardonyx Ueno has single and double rooms. We also have smoking rooms. Please let us know by E-mail when you make your reservation if you request a smoking room.

Free breakfast offered for all guests. We have four different kind of morning menu( Bagel, two slice of toast, hotdog or pancakes). You can choose one from them. Free drinks are included.

The both room types have private bathroom and toilet. All rooms have tooth brush with toothpaste, comb, razor, body sponge, Japanese green tea bag, Scotties, slippers, gown, coat hangers, LAN cable, deodorizer, water boiler pot, hair dryer, shampoo, hair conditioner and liquid body soap.

You can borrow an iron, air purifier, humidifier, power socket adapter or electric charger for Japanese cell phones free of charge.

We also sell skin care cosmetics for ladies at the reception desk.

Trouser pressers are available on each floor.

We have a laundry service. Please put your clothes into the laundry bag in your room and write your name and room number on the laundry sheet and hand them to the receptionist before 10 AM. We will return your clothes on the same day after 6 PM.

We provide self-service laundry machines on the third floor. You can buy detergent and softener there.

We offer free brochures for foreign travelers in English such as one-day bus tours, train timetables, magazines and maps of Asakusa and Ueno areas.
