Shabby rundown place. Half dead neon lights above the entrance. Bored, indifferent doorkeeper/receptionist/cashier. Small room with a bare minimum of furniture: no fridge, no second pillow, no towel to step on after the shower, a 15 W reading light, an impossible shelf at the height of your head on both sides of the bed, so you will surely hit your head against its edge as you turn on the other side. No mixer tap, shower rusty and scaly, water jet poor and impossible to focus. Plumbing noisy: you can hear many neighbors open their taps or flush their toilet.

Youngsters partying, shouting and playing loud music in a nearby room well into the night.

All in all: the standards of a homeless shelter.

soft bed big bath small double bed quite comfortable shower head not working properly shower drain blocked slow to empty sink apart from that security not great but every thing else ok always lock valuables in your suitcase when you go out

great location on the main street so felt safer/easier to walk late at night as well. right infront of metro(Rogis station). friendly staff. wasn't the cleanest hotel, but def had better impression than expected per the "bed bug" review. brought our own sheets and no bed bug bites so can't comment on that. our room was spacious, with tv and little balcony - separate bath and toilet. it is an old hotel though & the breakfast was minimal.

Granted, the location of the hotel was very good, as it was right next to the shopping street and located in the city centre.

However, the cleanliness of the room was severely unsatisfactory. First and foremost, my roommates and I are currently suffering from bed bug bites all over our body and have yet to recover. In addition, the room was covered with dirty carpet. There was dirt all over the carpet and it was unbearable to set foot on the floor after a clean bath.

The extremely low level of hygiene at the hotel is a cause for concern and I am extremely unhappy to have to spend a considerable sum of money in exchange for bed bug bites and unbearable hygiene level in the room.

It´s well located, close to the city centre, the staff is very nice and helpful, the heating is fine and the bed sheets and towels are clean and daily changed. However, the carpet is not very clean and breakfast is not very good, in my opinion.
